Not Your Usual Chinese Smartphone
Lately I have been hearing a lot of enthusiastic press about the MX phone from Chinese manufacturer Meizu, and how it will be the world's first quad-core phone running Android. It certainly has the (glossy) looks, but from the published specifications I am still unsure of how the phone will work and what kind of software it will be able to run. I have seen a lot of eastern smartphones in the past. When advertised on websites they normally look too good to be true, and in fact they mostly are. They have the looks, but the software is always awful. So I guess in this case it is best to reserve judgement until May, when the quad-core MX should be made available.
